Great class Wed

We had a series of great classes this evening. Jiu Jitsu for the BCSO was awesome Chance did a great job working the guys at a higher level, Josh got our new students involved in basic material and I worked every body at a pace that got us all moving and sweating. Thanks everyone for working hard we all get more from a class like that. So Kenpo Black Belt class went very well also Black Belts lets keep the groove up for every one to take their skills to a new level. Coach Martin
