them that each letter of team stands for Together
Everyone Achieves More. Discuss
with the students that to truly be part of a team, we have to work together to
achieve our goals, but we must also understand the wants and needs of our
teammates and help them whenever we can. By helping our teammates be successful
we are helping the whole team to be successful. Just like a chain is only as strong as its’ weakest
link, a team is only as strong as its weakest member. So the more we help our
teammates the stronger our team will be.
