Kickoff Saturday March 3rd, 7am. Amber and Karleen will be there to start things off with nutrition information and what we can do with this program to help you achieve your goals. Boot camp workout with Steven from 7:30 to 8:30am and then discover post workout nutrition information with Amber. This program will kick start you on your way to the new body you want! The challenge will last for eight weeks so lets see what you can do!
