Womens Self Defense Seminar

Empowering women with the confidence to protect themselves. Monday June 27th, 5:30pm at Panama City Health Club on Balboa Ave. I will be conducting a seminar focusing on attacks from the standing, seated and prone position. This system will help you learn to understand the limitations of your environment and protect yourself if you find yourself in this position. Kickboxing for summer

Kickboxing is a great way to get in shape! When you vary your routine you can get great results, and between Tricia, Angel and Chris you will get a great workout with a variety of exercises to get you in shape.

Pictures from this last couple weeks will go up on our facebook page this week-end. Come join the fun - especially with the return date for school being moved to August 22nd. We have practiced karate skills, boxing combinations, flying kicks off the rebounders, and worked with the Bo and baton. Nerf wars, water day games, lots of jump rope games and of course the out door obstacle course and big trampoline. I have slots open - please call 850-785-2024.
