Happy New Year to all

I have several new programs offered this year, our new Black Belt class meets on Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:30pm. Class will include material to achieve the next respective level of Black Belt. We are also an official "Gracie Garage" for more details contact me on how this works. All the best for a great 2010.
